Pathetic Experience in TekSystems. I got a call for backend python developer and they took 3 days to schedule L1 interview as every time they have panel unavailability. Lastly, it got scheduled and when I joined it, a guy came with experience less than 3 years and was asking HTML and css questions to me. When I questioned him are you hiring for frontend or backend profile, he simply said we need both and said he is done with the round. He didn't ask 1 question on python. What kind of company does that. Wasted my time and also didn't bothered for their time. They sent a newbie working on frontend technologies to interview a backend developer. I have more than 10 years of experience and that guy wants to know what is the difference between thead and div in html. Such a pathetic process. If you don't want value your employees time at least value the time for other people who comes to give interview for your company. And at least do check the experience person is having who you are sending to take interview.
