Had two phone interviews with recruiters (initial screening and behavioral respectively) with potential opportunity contract position. I was able to move on to final third round with hiring manager for their client. Recruiters were helpful and communicative during the process and even scheduled a meeting before my final round interview to answer any questions I had and give some guidance. However, hiring manager was very unenthusiastic and extremely rude. Recruiters ended up ghosting me after my interview, and one of them even called later the same week thinking I was a different candidate. At that point I knew they were not moving forward with me, but did not bother giving me any sort of feedback. Never heard from them after that and will not be interested in contracting under them.
