I had a phone screen with the Internal Recruiter and Director of Business Operations, who asked me basic questions about my background and why I wanted to get into sales. I moved to a 1:1 interview with Director for the second round. For the third round, I had a panel interview with two Senior Account Managers, and had a half day, where I shadowed Senior Recruiters and Account Managers.

Understand why you want to get into Sales. Make sure you have examples of tough situations that you have been in, and how you have overcome them. Have a plan of what your goals are for the future, and make sure that you can break down in detail how you will achieve them.

Met with HR once and then proceeded with actual interview with 2 people. Overall good vibes with one but the other lady was very cold. They were late as well.

4 rounds, all done within 1 week. First round call, second round with HR, third round with seniors, potentially your team lead, fourth round either leadership. They are all nice and easy going
