2 steps. 1 step is with the Director and the next step is a 5 hour half day with current employees. When you meet with employees, you get to ask questions around the day to day and see what tools you can use to succeed.

Met with HR once and then proceeded with actual interview with 2 people. Overall good vibes with one but the other lady was very cold. They were late as well.
