It was about 4 weeks and it was 4 steps for interview. Over the phone, top grading form, one on one with management and a half day shadow. They ask a lot of questions about why you want to be in sales and they really like to hear that you want to stay with one company and grow internally. It was a long drawn out process.

It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
