Contacted by internal recruiter. Several phone conversations with recruiter, this person had me researching industry, competitors, etc. Phone interview with Director of Business Operations. Half day on site including interview with multiple members of senior management.

It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
