Phone interview with a regional recruiter followed by an on site interview. If you succeed through the on site interview you are invited back for a panel interview and a half day of shadowing.

Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
