The interview process was too long and unnecessary. Did a phone interview, next an interview with the hiring manager and their boss. They were unsure if they wanted to hire me because I had a degree and they didn't think I would stay in the position for long. Did another interview with the hiring managers’ boss and a shadow, got a called and was told they found someone else that they were a better fit for the job.
