Great interview process for the role on the phone. This was for a role out of the Miami office. After the initial phone screen, I was set up with an in person interview. Interviewing with the DBO was good. He was insightful, kind and informative. After his initial interview, I spoke with 5-6 different people. Some were Account Managers while others were recruiters. The account managers seemed stressed. The recruiters mentioned that the culture was very party oriented. Happy hours, drinking ect. This seemed more important than the actual work. I didn’t get the feeling that growth was important with hard work, it came through after hour events and drinking. There was an undertone in the office of hustle, the same kind of feeling you get at a dealership.
