In-depth interview with a recruiter (1hour), second interview with technical support team (30 min). Decision made (accepted) within 10 mins after second interview.
Both the recruiter and support team had very in-depth descriptions of job training and expectations; as well as common post-contract employment opportunities seen from this position.

Very aptitude based personality questions. They are looking for specific answers. It is best to stay confident with your answers as you are interviewed. Phone interview was simple application question style.

Entrevista
Very laid back. Took about 3 weeks. The recruiter was difficult to contact originally - but ended up being helpful to prep for the final interview. Interview was short and simple.
