Phone screen with recruiter, another phone screen with an employee, interview in person with manager, half day interview with various employees. The whole process too about 2-3 months very drawn out. After my half day with the company I never heard from them again, I was ghosted.

The interview was very easy and straightforward. The person who interviewed me just asked simple questions about my work history to see if I would align with the contract. I was also asked about healthcare experience as the role was with insurance.

Fast paced and quick. They make decisions fast without waiting a ton of time. Only a couple steps and interviews to complete. Overall good interview experience I had. Good luck on your interview
