I got an interview through the career services office in my university. I was interviewed by a woman and a man, both had about 6 years of experience with TEKsystems. The interview was pretty informal; I didn't feel intimidated by the interviewers. They asked me what I knew about the job I was applying for and why I would be a good candidate for the job. They also were interested in my job and classroom experiences.

4 rounds, all done within 1 week. First round call, second round with HR, third round with seniors, potentially your team lead, fourth round either leadership. They are all nice and easy going

I made it to a third-round interview and spent an hour on a zoom call with someone to never hear from them again. It took 3 weeks to get ahold of someone to schedule each interview, so the whole process took over a month. for nothing.
