The interview process was longer than most. There were several phone interviews about an hour in length followed by two on-site interviews. During the on-site interviews the interviewer (on both occasions) was texting the entire time. One interviewer even questioned if I had a presence. It was an interesting 2-month process that ended without even a rejection - just ghosted.

Met with HR once and then proceeded with actual interview with 2 people. Overall good vibes with one but the other lady was very cold. They were late as well.

4 rounds, all done within 1 week. First round call, second round with HR, third round with seniors, potentially your team lead, fourth round either leadership. They are all nice and easy going
