Phone call, got asked for OJT training UT, I provided a copy of 80hrs UT training and they said its not enough!!! U should have 175hrs! I email back all the references ASNT, NF EN, ISO norms none of this requires that much ours. She said the their levIII requires that. I don't know which school did he went learn that?? How ppl can get more training than what is required by the standards?? Well I have bachelor degree, 2 API's on my pocket an other one on the way, 6years experience as an NDT UT, PT, MT, RT, VT, and worked all over the world offshore/ onshore projects. At the end I called to HR to get more explanation and she the levIII said that and she hang up on me. Up to you make your own opinion
