A recruiter reached out to me and scheduled an interview. I had one interview. I first met with recruiter and answered various questions. I then talked with one of the Principals and got to learn more about the organization. Overall the interview was about 1/12 hours long, partially because the Principal is very thorough. I then emailed back and forth with the recruiter for a couple weeks before the offer was given.
