Erst gab es ein Gespräch mit dem einstellenden Manager und dessen Vorgesetzten. Danach wurde mir noch die Produktion gezeigt. Während der gesamten Zeit war ein Vertreter der Personalabteilung anwesend. Alles war sehr gut organisiert.

I was hired at a college career fair. The hiring supervisor was friendly and informative. They were approachable as well. I was able to setup an interview with them that day and heard back from them relatively quickly.
