The interview proceeded in two parts. I had an initial lunch screening to meet with management and discuss the firm and my career history. After the initial screening, I was invited back for a much more thorough interview where I got to meet with all members of the leadership team individually. I was struck by how aligned the team is, working towards common goals. The interview process was streamlined and my interview schedule, site tour, and face-to-face meetings were all carefully planned. Very positive experience!
