A 15–20 minute call with HR or a recruiter to review your background, assess fit, and ask basic questions like “Why TD?” and “What’s your availability?” Then they gave me some bank sheets to analyze.
Very bad. The interview process felt disorganized, with unclear communication and no transparency about expectations. I prepared extensively, but the interviewer seemed distracted and unengaged. Overall, the experience was disappointing and unprofessional.
