I applied online then got one initial call from a recruiter with a few questions. Some time later, after keeping in contact with HR by email.
I had a one phone call with a customer service manager.
Then a videocall with with the customer service manager and the branch manager.

Entrevista
HR interview was on call - brief questions on past experience and explained the culture and role expectations. This was followed by hiring manager and branch manager. In person meeting at the branch
Was quick and concise, with a screening phone call with a recruiter first and then an in-person interview with the Store Manager and Store Supervisor. All signing documents were sent out fast and within the month I was set to start.
