Resume screening: The HR team screens your resume to see if you meet the basic qualifications for the role. Phone Interview: A HR representative or recruiter may conduct a brief phone interview to ask some basic questions about your background and experience. In-person Interview: If you successfully pass the previous steps, you will be invited for an in-person interview. The process was not complex and the interviewer was friendly. The time schedule for the interview was respected and the lady did not drag it with more questions.
I was stress at the beginning but my interviewer asked me to be relax and confident. It helped me alot
