It was 15 minutes and most of them are behavioural questions. There were 2 persons that took my interview. The overall interview was not bad. They asked few non technical questions too.
Straight forward and ask the general interview questions regarding customer service and technical support experience. It is a two part interview process to where you do a phone interview and once that phase has been based you move of to a zoom meeting to part two a few days later for face to face.

Entrevista
Interview process was good. Explained job clearly, talked about the company culture, and went over important details. My only issue is that it took them two months to make a decision, and I had to keep following up to find out I didn't receive the job. They strung me along for months while they searched for a better candidate, I guess.
