Applied online and received a phone call for an interview the next day. Interview was 30 minutes and process went well. First the job was described, then asked why do you want the job, what are your strengths and weaknesses, reasons why we should hire you over the other candidates.

It was simple. The interview process was not long. Once you submit your application and if it get shortlisted they schedule interview, which was in person. Interview lasts for around 30 minutes where they ask you pretty basic questions.

Basic questions, strengths and weakness provided scenarios. You need to reread the job description and find experience TD Bank is looking for. Next, match the experience you have with the experience mentioned in the job description. Finally, prioritize your experience with what is required for the job and don’t mention unrelated work experience

Entrevista
Overall it is 2 months procedure. I applied online. After 2 weeks, I got an email to do an online assessment. Two weeks after assessment, I got another e-mail for phone interview. A week after phone interview, I got in-person interview at TD Contact Centre, Markham. Most of the questions are based on situations.
