Applied online a few weeks before I was called. Hiring manager phoned and hinted it would be good to come in for an interview ASAP plus there would be a business case to write, so I came the next day. Very friendly interview, no formal questions, more of me providing guidance about my achievements were in previous positions. Wrote a brief business case, was given half an hour. Called me back in a week, didn't get the position, they hired internally.
