1st online simulation, nothing tricky, may cost 1 hr.
2nd phone interview with hr. she is very kind and asked a lot of very basic questions. nothing unexpectable.
3rd group interview+one to one interview. this is the final process. and the only part they care is the one to one since all groups did quite the same thing. the group presentation is just for candidates to at least have something to do during the one to one interview. questions are not hard at all like experience u bending a rule to satisfy a customer is likely the hardest one. get a call from td 2 days later and receive a offer

It was alright nice people they asked lots of questions very solid, to interview was really long and the employees were behind but all in all that was a solid interview. I would definitely recommend the managers and everyone were really nice.
