Met the Customer Service Manager in person. He forwarded my resume to HR and got online assessment. After completing online assessment I got interview call.
Interview was quite casual. There were different situation based questions

It was alright nice people they asked lots of questions very solid, to interview was really long and the employees were behind but all in all that was a solid interview. I would definitely recommend the managers and everyone were really nice.
