I applied online with an internal reference. Recruiter reached out to me and I spoke to them over the phone. I then met with the hiring manager, it was for the most part a easy going interview talking about tech stacks. Afterward a few days, got an email saying they're moving forward with another candidate. One thing I would like to point out, is that an Executive wrote a review how the company isn't hiring anyone, they just post up dummy positions. I believe this to be true as another new position just opened up after I got rejected titled as "Developer Productivity Platform Engineer". It literally has the same job description.
