Applied online. Received a request for a phone interview a few days later. The phone interview was more of a formality, ensuring you knew what job you were applying for and asking some basic questions. After the phone interview, took about two weeks to hear back about an in person interview. The in person interview was pretty simple. They asked some pretty standard interview questions (i.e. biggest weakness, describe yourself, why TAC?, etc.). After I interviewed with the Supply and Logistics Manager, he took me to talk to the COO. Definitely make sure you have some good questions lined up to ask him, as it will show that you have interest in working for the company. About two days after the interview, I was offered the position pending a drug test. They also have you take a basic proficiency test online for Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Drug test took about two days and I started the following week.
