The interview process was as follows: 1) Coding round. 2) Technical 1st round 3) Technical 2nd round 4) Meeting with VP First round : Was given a requirement to develop APIs with the given json data querying from SQL database. I had no knowledge of SQL as I was from NoSql background, so did that by reading the json file during server startup. Wrote the APIs with unit test cases. Passed the first round with no SQL knowledge. Second Round: Three people were in the panel asked me various questions regarding NodeJS. Then they asked if there is something that would improve on the code that you wrote in the previous round what would it be. I told them documentation and I had not used SQL at all since I had no knowledge of it so I would like to learn and implement using SQL. Passed the second round after telling them that I have no knowledge of SQL. Third Round: This round was with a manager. He asked me questions about the stack that I worked on previously. He finally asked, I see that you have experience in SQL and you have worked only with NoSql databases until now Is that right? I answered yes. Passed third round too. Then I was asked to come two three days later for the VP round. When I arrived for the VP round. The HR made me wait for an hour or so saying VP will be here any minute. Atlast they said he is taking a day off. So they said I will have to come again another day I called the HR after two days as there was no sign of them calling. The HR told me that they are looking for someone with SQL knowledge and would not be able to proceed with my profile. He also said that he will keep my profile incase any opening matches. I said thanks. So moral of the story Incase you have some important interview and want to take a mock one consider going to T2S.
