Das war nicht schwer. Aber sie brauchten Erfahrung mit Software Development, die habe ich nicht. Das Gespräch dauert nicht mehr als 30 minuten. Zuerst hat der Mahager alles über sich selbst, über Firma, über Position erzählt. Man auch muss das Gespräch ganz auf Deutsch schaffen.
