Me postulé a través de una agencia de empleos. Acudí a una entrevista en T-Systems (Gurgaon, Haryana)

      Entrevista

I went for an interview with T systems for the post of Senior java backend developer. Office is at a good location however, the office they have is relatively small. HR made me wait for almost 20-30 minutes before giving me written test., then . I was handed a test to solve which I found average. HR was not sure which person will take my interview. There was a bunch of guys sitting in front of me(small office so I was sitting where people work), who were still deciding what to have for breakfast and asking peon to get them maggi and all were supposedly the team I would have joined. Then HR gave my resume to one of them and asked him to interview me. That person was not at all prepared to take an interview. He kept searching if there is someone else who can interview me but finally he had to do that. He asked me three question which i solved to about 90% accuracy. It was weird that the team came in between and took the interviewer away for scrum. That means this interview was not planned before hand, Anyway, the guy taking the interview was kind enough to come and meet me in between but was not at all prepared for taking an interview. Now comes the most weird part. HR and the my interviewer were walking together, talking and what not and HR comes to me and says "I have not got a feedback yet so you may leave. We will get back to you.". I understand I might not have matched there expectations but this was , hands down, the most weird way of you are not shortlisted , by any HR to any candidate. HR could have at least had the courtesy to not lie in front of my eyes. In case he didn't get feedback he could have got back to me by now. Its been more than a month and no call till now.
