I expected a lot more from this company. The job seemed like a perfect fit, and I was more than excited. I had 4 interviews before being ghosted. Three of those interviews were scheduled all at once, and success or failure in one interview had no bearing on being passed to the next one. I found this particularly frustrating, and a waste of both my time and theirs. Communication was horrible throughout the process. The recruiter had endless excuses for his constant rescheduling of the phone screen. The hiring manager couldn't be bothered to reply to my email with questions about the job. The whole process was disorganized, unprofessional, and frankly, pathetic. Their team members struggled to provide a good answer as to why they like working there, beyond the "great benefits," so it seems I may have unwittingly dodged toxic workplace.
