the overall interview process was specific to the star method for interviewing. that way your giving good explanation to figuring out the correct solution to whatever it is your trying to resolve. as long as your prepared and have answers to solving the particular situation you will be fine during the interview. hope this makes sense and helps you out with understanding what will be asked of you
