I applied online and was given a phone interview a couple weeks after applying. To follow up that phone interview I was immediately given acceptance to an in person interview at the corporate center. I interviewed one on one with the head human resources associate, but there were many others who interviewed with two associates. Wear a suit and tie, come with resume and cover letter ready to present, be firm, be confident, and most of all, be yourself.
