I was referred. I applied online, got a response the following day about setting up a phone screen. Did the phone screen and within 2 hours, I was rejected. I don't think the recruiter was paying attention, tbh.

I received an automated email that T-Mobile wanted to interview me. I was excited, and as I read the email, I realized that this was an email from a third party called HireVue. I did my research and did the virtual, automated interview two days after I received the email. The only communication I received was that the interview was completed, and then 3.5 weeks passed before getting an automated rejection email.
