Contacted by recruiter, they asked me to respond to 8-10 questions regarding experience, pay, etc. and then schedule interview with hiring manager. After that I met with 6 different people between 3 interviews that were back to back. I made it to final interview and then was told I didn’t have the experience they were looking for. Unfortunately I wish they would have been able to figure this out before the 6th interview but it happens. There was alot quite a bit of mixed responses regarding how often you had to come into the office. Team members said it didn’t matter as long as you came for a few hours while in my last interview he said they wanted someone who wanted to come in as much as possible.
