Easy. Just have to pass a mock phone call and answer a few questions. If you worked in one call center you have worked in them all. It's really a simple process

normal life questions and mock phone call to see if you can take calls. Also asked about previous work experience and school experience. Also did job shadow with current experts to see how process works.

They just checked to see if you are up beat and can follow basic instructions. They seemed to take almost anyone and appeared to want people that could be manipulated or molded
