first time was 2 managers interviewing, 2nd time got ghosted by the HR, meeting scheduled but dropped the ball, got no reponse 2nd time

Entrevista
Had an initial Recruiter screen where she asked me about my experience and told me more about the position. Then about a week later had an interview with hiring manager. After had a couple rounds with team members. Then completed a analysis which I shared with a panel.

The interview process is Long. It Can take months to hear back. Overall, the interview is easy but the process is unnecessarily long. Managers don't follow up in a timely fashion or even when they commit to doing so.
