Interviewed for a contract position via an external agency. 1st interview was with some folks from the team, 30 min, very casual conversation. 2nd interview was a portfolio presentation, nothing unexpected. Got the offer within a few days,

3 Stages
1. Consult with HR. to discuss background, benefits, salary, etc. ~15 min
2. Interview with Sr Manager to go over past experience and walk through portfolio pieces ~45min
3. Panel of 5 (Product stakeholders, other designers, managers) to answer specific technical questions and give examples of past similar situations. ~3.5hr (panelists were 1:1)
