Entrevista
It was a one on one interview with the District Manager (due to the fact it was a on site hiring job fair), He asked a series of question referring back to my resume. Followed by a series of situational questions. He then asked about my availability which was open, then he offered me a job. I then signed paperwork and had to wait about 5 business days for my background check to clear, then got a call back with the date and location for my training.

The interview felt relaxed and conversational. The interviewer asked clear, straightforward questions about my experience and goals. I felt prepared, confident, and comfortable throughout, making it an easy and positive experience overall.
straight forward process really robust areas of questioning revolving around sales and customer service. Overall the interview was smooth straight forward the managers were well versed in asking detailed questions.

Entrevista
Over the phone quick easy. One with the TD and the current owner of the system, where we talked through the current state of affairs and what I'd do to fix it.
The second was with the Director of HR and the President, where we just had a conversation about values, culture, and what I was like as a person. They asked what my salary expectations were, I gave them my dream number.
