You have to make a video of yourself and then you get invited in for a team interview. The team interview is two managers and a assistant manager. Then afterwards you have to meet with the district manager for final approval.

Tell me something you did to go above and beyond to help a customer?
The interview was mostly conversational and focused on sales, communication skills, flexibility, and how I would handle customer interactions. They asked behavioral questions like describing a time I worked under pressure, handled a difficult customer, or adapted to changes at work. They also wanted to know how comfortable I was approaching customers and recommending products or services

The store manager will reach out to you to setup a phone interview. From there you will have a video interview. In the video interview it will usually be the store manager and the district manager.
Straightforward interview process, starting with group interview to weed out the larger group through personality assessment questions. Second interview followed 30 minutes later with 2 interviewers asking typical retail/sales interview questions.
