Entrevista
The hiring process for T-Mobile is actually very simple. I applied online and was contacted with an invitation to a group interview within a week of applying. You go to the group interview and you have an ice breaker, then a series of role plays where the managers of the market walk around and take notes. If you stand out, you'll receive a call from the managers that liked you inviting you for a more intimate interview with them and their assistant manager. Interview questions are situational and the require you to answer them in STAR format. If you do well in that interview they will either A) call you for a follow up interview or B) email you a background check form with hire right. Make sure you are very thorough when filling it out as they will find EVERYTHING out. If you get to this point, you've probably gotten the job.

They didn't specify what they wanted, claiming a flexible schedule and really emphasizing hiring women, and the whole point is not to check all the boxes. I only asked for Sundays off, and they said they specifically needed me for those days. However, there was no indication in the application that they would specify this; otherwise, I wouldn't have applied. So, needless to say, I didn't get the job because I wasn't willing to compromise. I mean, if none of that matters to you, then I'm sure you can get the job.
