It was longer than i expected it to be. The process was a 3 step process where they reviewed my experiences within the store and talked with some of the other employers. The interviewer had me show my experience and talk in detail my knowledge of the store and how it functions.

Two interviews on a panel of other managers that pass you off to the district manager. You’d need to have a 20 minute presentation going over why you are the person for the job and your credentials.
