The one on one interview was fairly laid back, the store manager conducting the interview was friendly. I looked up what questions they were likely to ask in advance and made some notes for myself to study before the interview. I was offered a temporary contract on the spot.

They will invite you for a 1-1 interview and ask you a bunch of questions. But they most likely screen applicants based on your flexibility. So write down all your availability will be your best competitive advantage.
the interview was very relaxed, the questions asked were very typical of a retail role, asking about soft skills and why you would work there. the people were very friendly
