Set of 9 questions, up to you how much detail you give but generally give as many examples as you can. Examples of difficult situations, times where you had more than one solution, why you want to work for tkmaxx etc.

Describe a time where you had to manage a conflict.
Was a good in depth interview from the company where I was asked multiple questions about what i know about the company and their standards of teamwork. The questions were broken down simply.
The first stage after application was a Virtual pre screen assessment. This included a series of videos and questions to respond to. It is not too challenging if you have common sense.

The interview was relatively easy for this role and involved a variety of situational judgment questions as well as other questions regarding my CV and previous experiences, both paid and voluntary.
