I interviewed in October 2016 at metrocentre. I handed my cv in at the store and discussed my availability with the supervisor. There was then a group assessment day. There was about 12 of us there. We introduced ourself to the group and then filled out questionnairs about how we would handle different situations. We then went to wait in the staff room. People would be called one by one and told whether they had passed the assessment or not. If you didn't pass you went stright home, if you did pass you went stright through for an interview with the manager. The interview was quite relaxed, they just wanted to get to know you one on one a little more. I got a call the next day with the job offer.

Very focused on previous experiences, eg team activities, when you made a mistake, working in a partnership etc. Also asked what I know about tk max and why I had to work there. They also may have follow up questions from your answers (small).Very chill and very nice. Never felt uncomfortable.
