It is very elongated, you could be waiting months from your application like from October to April, first you need to send your CV and answer some questions on the early career site, then if successful you get invited to do a Talent Q test with verbal,numerical and logical tests which you can complete in any language, then if you pass you have to do a HireVue interview which is online answering some common questions. For both of these you only have a few days to prepare and complete. Then if all good you are invited to the Assessment center in Watford where you have a standardized interview, a data task looking at where you would allocate products, two group discussions/tasks and a job shadowing which is not marked.

I attended an interview process that lasted nearly four hours, which felt unnecessarily long and disjointed for the role being offered. The session started with a group interview of around 20 people, resembling more of a university tutorial than a professional recruitment experience. We were asked to complete multiple stages including a group activity, a written assessment, and a one-on-one interview — all in a single sitting. Despite being told we’d hear back within a week, I never received any follow-up and had to reach out myself, only to then be informed I was unsuccessful. The entire process felt poorly communicated and not respectful of candidates' time — especially considering the role was not particularly senior and offered a relatively modest salary. The location was also quite far (Mascot), which made the experience even more inconvenient. Overall, I would advise the company to refine and streamline their recruitment approach and ensure they communicate clearly and professionally with all candidates.
