Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 6 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en T.K. Maxx (Watford, East of England, England)
Entrevista
The process consisted of four stages; application, online tests, online interview and an assessment centre.
The interview involved a lot on the off-price model and competency questions.
There was a merchandising exercise at the assessment day that you had to discuss with assessors. Make sure you stick to your original ideas as often that will try to challenge you on these.
Group tasks can be difficult depending on the personalities. Make sure you are heard and contribute relevant information.

Online application,
Video Interview was quite tough, I was surprised to get through to the next stage, they seemed to ask lots of similar questions so I felt like I was repeating myself a lot. They asked about why you want to work for T.K.Maxx, What I know about Off-price retailing, how i would fit in with the company, the culture the company.
Assessment Centre involved and hour long interview, they keep asking em to expand on my answers so make sure you have a lot of say without waffling. 2 group tasks were straightforward, and an analytical task, which was quite hard in the time limit but I get a bit freaked out by numbers anyway so wasn't my strongest point.
Applied online which included a CV, Cover Letter and Application Questions, then got an invitiation to do a video interview, which composed of 7 questions, as well as 3 online tests.
The video interview was okay, you get 2 minutes to answer and 30 seconds to think about each question. The tests were very hard, especially the numerical one, but they do get easier if you fail to answer or get it wrong and they do send you practice links.
