I handed in my cv and had an interview the following week. The interview consisted of standard competency based questions. Nothing out of the ordinary. I was offered the job on the spot.

How have you adapted your communication style in the past?
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.

Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified

The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.
