I was initially contacted by a recruiter through Linkedin. During the first interview we went over what Sytac does and stands for. We also discussed what I was looking for in a company and what made me make the decision of pursuing new challenges.
The second interview was a mixture of technical and soft skills svaluation. After that I received a technical dev case to demonstrate my skills. I had one week to do it.
The third interview was in-depth technical since we reviewed the solution I proposed for the dev case.
After that there was a final meeting with the recruiter and the hiring manager to over the offer to join Sytac. In my case in particular, there was a legal challenge from my old employer. In response to this, Sytac offered to put me in contact with their attorney to consult about the issue. After consultation with Sytac's lawyer, I felt confident I could join Sytac without any legal consequences. This extra help offered by Sytac was paramount on me making the decision to join them.
