I've applied through college. First round consists of online test followed with a group discussion. Then we're called for two skype interviews. Both of them are technical. Online test consists of two programming questions and also aptitude. In first technical questions are completely logical, that is implementation of different algorithms etc. Second round completely to test your technical expertise on various CS subjects.
